    I am having difficulty downloading your I've got a bone sequence and it keeps failing every time. its also extremely slow. is there another way that i can get this from you?

    I have tried to download Ed Sheeran & Elton John - Merry Christmas multiple times and it fails every time. Other sequences finish quickly. I'll keep trying.

    Were you finally able to download the sequence? I have just tried anf it downloads fine. Maybe the file size (300 MBytes) is a problem for you?

    Unable to fully get your sequence.

    I only get the vertical and horizontal lines?

    Hi. After importing the sequence in your show and mapping all the effects, click on "render" button. You should see everything. Also try first the sequence in the original show provided. i hope this helps.
