So you have to use the singing faces that are in the DownloadedFaces folder and add them to your tree model in the layout tab. The face you are seeing is the default face model so you've probably never set up a singing face before. I would recommend watching a Youtube video about it first...

It's actually just a normal matrix that's 24x36 pixels.

I'm not sure what you mean by missing some effects. If you're talking about the mega tree, all of your effects look the same as to what I have. Can you be a little more specific on what you think is missing?

The mega tree is a 32 strand 100 pixels each strand. The tree is about 24 ft tall with the mast made of 2x2 square tubing. They're just normal 12V RGB bullet pixels that are used in the hobby.
