By purchasing, downloading, or using any Lightlink sequences (the “Sequence”) from the official xLights Sequences Store or any online marketplace, you agree to the following:
- License Type You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Sequence for personal, non-commercial display purposes only (e.g., home holiday shows, personal parties).
- Commercial Use Commercial use (public displays charging admission, corporate events, venue installations, etc.) requires a separate Commercial License. Contact contact@golightlink.com for pricing.
- Modification & Sharing
- You may edit or customize the Sequence for your own layout.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or upload the Sequence (modified or unmodified) to any third-party site, forum, torrent, or file-sharing service.
- You may NOT re-list or offer the Sequence for sale anywhere else.
- No Refunds All sales are final. Sequences are digital goods and cannot be returned.
- Ownership & Credit Lightlink retains full copyright and ownership of the Sequence. If you post videos of the Sequence in use, we appreciate (but do not require) a credit such as “Sequence by Lightlink” in the description.
- Compatibility & Support Sequences are provided in standard xLights .xsqz format and tested on the latest stable xLights release. Lightlink is not responsible for issues caused by custom props, outdated xLights versions, or user error. Please use our free sequence as noted in the description to test compatibility before purchasing. Limited support is available via contact@golightlink.com
- Termination Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.
