IMPORTING TIPS:

Singers

I only have two singing faces, so they swap between singers. You may wish to customize for the number of singers in your own display (such as using matrix faces). To make that easier, whi is singing is indicated by an outline on the singing tree and singing star: purple for Rumi, red for Mira, and blue for Zoey.

Map the “GE Singing Star” to your featured singing prop. This is Rumi for most of the song, but will feature the others in a few sections that they lead.
Map the “GE Singing Tree” to your secondary singing prop.

Spotlights
The white spotlights from 1:48:500 to 1:53:000 will look best if you adjust them to your display. The intent is to replicate part of the music video where spotlights point up as HUNTR/X falls from the sky, then the lights follow them down to the stage.

For best results, identify up to four props to use as the lights themselves (they will have a solid white effect).

For the lights (source of spotlight): Identify up to four props to use as the lights themselves. Import the effects on the group “HouseProp 5”, 6, 7, and 8 to your light source.

Go to 1:48:500 on “All -Megatree”. There are four rows of four pinwheel effects that work as spotlight beams in the “All -Megatree” group. The “stage” they point at in the end will be the Megatree, where a picture of HUNTR/X emerges from some smoke. For each spotlight effect you want on your display, you should have a row of four pinwheels. Delete as groups of 4 pinwheels as necessary to match the number of spotlight effects on your display.

Identify the origin point of each spotlight. This is easiest working from a stationary effect:
  1. Select the SECOND pinwheel in the row.
  2. Now, drag the “X-axis Center” and “Y-axis Center” sliders in the Effect Settings window until the origin of your spotlight appears over the desired light source prop.
  3. Make note of the X and Y coordinates once it's where you want.
  4. For each of the other pinwheels in the same row, type in the same X and Y coordinates. Your spotlight should now rotate, pause, rotate, and pause/fade. Repeat this process for each of your other spotlights.
Identify the focus point of each spotlight. Repeat this for each row.
  1. Select the SECOND pinwheel in the row.
  2. Slide the Offset slider in the Effect Settings panel left or right to identify the starting focus point of your beam and write down the “starting” number. This will look best if it is pointed as far downward as possible (so it has space to rotate up later) and crosses enough props on your display so the beam is visible. You may need to temporarily change the color from white so you know which beam you are working with.
  3. Drag the slider to get the beam to point up toward an imaginary point in the sky above your display. Make note of the “hight point” number.
  4. Drag the slider to get the beam to point toward your Megatree where HUNTR/X whill appear. Make note of the “ending” number.
Now you plug the numbers in. Repeat this for each row.
  1. Select on the FIRST pinwheel in the row. Click the “Value Curve” curved arrow icon beside Offset. Select the “Ramp” option. Enter your starting number for “Start Level” and your hight point position number for “End Level”.
  2. Click on the SECOND pinwheel. Enter the hight point number in the offset field.
  3. Click on the THIRD pinwheel in the row. Click the “Value Curve” curved arrow icon beside Offset. Select the “Ramp” option. Enter your hight point number for “Start Level” and your ending position number for “End Level”.
  4. Click on the FOURTH pinwheel. Enter the “ending” number in the offset field.

Your pinwheels should now look like spotlights originating from a prop.

Enjoy!
