USA Independence Day Sequence with Roofline and Arches only.

This is a simple sequence for now as I like most people don't leave the megatree up year-round. I do occasionally put my arches out for some of the less popular holidays. I will be revising this sequence to make it better as I progress in my learning of Xlights.
