Into the Unknown - Moving Heads

This is a moving heads addon for the the Panic! at the Disco - Into the Unknown sequence. Several sequencers have this song available including the Free 2020 XATW Project.

Does your sequence come with a file that shares the info? Including offset or homing positions as ours are set to 38 degrees to the right. We noticed in another purchase from a different vendor it made a big difference and needed to offset pan and tilt for them to match what they had programmed.

We appreciate the help and look forward to added this to this years line up!

For my Into the Unknown sequence, I’m using the advanced moving head (MH) models and the new MH effects introduced in xLights 2014.12. Once you have your advanced models configured, no further adjustments to the effects are needed; you can simply import them and you're good to go.
That said, there is some variation among vendors. For example, I use the new MH effects, while others may still rely on DMX effects. If you’re working with DMX effects, you’ll need to create an offset for pan/tilt unless your MHs are set up exactly like the vendor's configuration - your question leads me to believe these are the type of effects you've imported in the past.
Migrating my personal MHs to the advanced models wasn’t overly complex, but it did require some fine-tuning of the orientation settings to get everything aligned perfectly.
For guidance, I recommend these excellent how-to videos from BlinkySequences and VividSequences:
A great feature of the advanced models is that your existing DMX effects will continue to work as they always have, while also enabling you to use the new MH effects.
I’ve assisted several people on xLightSeq with model conversions to help them integrate the new effects alongside their pre-existing sequences using DMX effects. If you encounter any issues importing my sequences, feel free to share your layout files, and I’ll do my best to troubleshoot. While I can’t guarantee a resolution, I’ve had a 100% success rate so far in diagnosing and fixing misconfigurations.

We just downloaded it and in the visualizer it looks amazing and mapped perfectly. Excited to see it live on our display tonight! Thanks for the help!
