It appears some members are having issues when downloading files. It seems to be affecting some members, but not others. Sadly i'm one of the members it does not affect so have been unable to replicate this.
I have made a few adjustments on the server, so hopefully this will stop this issue. However, if you attempt to download a file and have any issue with the download, could I kindly ask that you take a screenshot of the error. It would also be a great help if you could press F12 on your browser and take a screenshot of any error listed there.
Hopefully with the assistance of the members this is affecting, I can get to the root of the issue and get it resolved.
