the files are .png but xlights looks for x.models. How do i change?

youll need to edit what ever your adding the face model to ... (im assuming youll be adding this to some form of matrix and not a singing tree)
i use the defaults but im picking youll just need to add the images youve download to the approprite setting
should be enought info in this screenshot ?

disregard this is a singing tree im pretty sure singing faces appear in just about every model and is only shown as an example
