not sure why you'd want to put it on a CD ? in Xlights go to "tools" then go to "FPP Connect" then upload the sequence to your controller from there

if you want something simple like single strand around the house just play around in Xlights ... in the icons at the top look for just that "single strand" drag that to the string of lights you want to light or a whole house group at first it may look very boring but click the "FX" tab on the...

id make a "group" with those in the group and then turn the group on and off or change as you want... so your not having to repeat the same effect over and over again

amazon music (seems to be the default for most "very painful if you live outside of there account areas") iTunes ( which just works ) there are other ways buts that's one you'll need to workout for yourself and NOT advised

sometimes wonder if I'm doing it right ? my thought was I'm trying to move a group of effects to that timing mark so then what gives with having to deselect it
