in the above download there is a LOT of unnecessary stuff been zipped in to a RAR file (another form of zip file)
open this rar file with winrar or what ever you use to open zip files
you'll find a folder name monster open...

might pay to read my post above ! you need to zip this within xlights /let xlights do the work for you
rar files cant be imported by xlights and for the average person your download is unusable
after rendering the Sequence
hit save
then go to "tools" then "package Sequence"
and only upload what xlights zips up for you
all going well you'll be uploading a file called mosters.xsqz

are you using FPP to control your show ?
most people tend to use a raspberry PI to run FPP and then plug a sound blaster play and then plug that into a FM transmitter
altho you could skip the transmitter and go from the sounder blaster to the speakers
myself i use both
FPP > Sound Blaster > FM...
click ok to the warning
within xlights click on the shadier and on the left you should see it highlighted in red because it missing, just click download and within the newly opened window look for what your missing and click download
maybe download a free sequence from a vender and pull it apart and see how they do things
at a guess id say you may need to make some groups and add your props to those groups and then you would apply the effect to the group
try HERE altho you might wish to skip head on some of these
