trimmed from 1.07 to 1:12.22 and then from 2:04.15 to the end

This video will help isolate the cuts and match speed for you. I think it was sped up about 10%, trimmed at 29.02 and 44.17 to the end.

Just saw this discussion tab! sorry to leave you hanging without an answer. This video showing just the grinch sequence should help you determine editing breaks. Start to 33:12, then 1:25.19 to 2:02.02 should be the cuts from the base song. I don't think the speed was edited.
