I re encoded the video file with HandBrake. And it works now. Just added it to my show and it works now.

Only thing I saw was that all the other props had different effect though out the song and that the simi megatree was the only one that repeat the same effect over and over, need to change it up alittle to match the others, or try a mix of effects. Thanks for the link to the video. I was able to do the light bulbs. I saw a folder in the downloaded files, i figured that it was included as at shadow, which threw me off.

Yes I only get the talking bulb eyes and lips to show, the pictures of the color bulbs don't show in the show of the tree. this is what I see on my tree

Xlights needs to develop their own AI models and use all their effects into it. No need to have people charge more money in the uppers $$$
