Consider putting a couple of the submodels in the hatitude into your all house rather than the whole thing. It looks kind of "silly" to light up the whole prop.

On your layout/snowglobe -- try changing Appearance->Pixel Style to Square. See if that help you see the image better in xlights. (Has no impact to the actual light show)

You need to do tools->package sequence ... uploading an .fseq is of no value.

Your link didnt work .. but there are many versions of this out there - the lor version was done 5+ years ago. Only way to tell would be the new stuff that I added in - if the video shows that or not?
