Not something I've done but could try:
Draw a rectangle within the sequencer window then delete the effects there, then shift the 2nd song over to the beginning of the timeline. You'll have to edit your audio file to cut the first song out (use audacity) and then get the new audio file in...

Your server will soon become full at that rate Dave. I think I'd perhaps leave the hosting to Google Drive or wherever and create links to the files there for purchasers?

By the way the floating lines on the video are the eaves at the back of the house and the lights that surround the garage, haven't quite gotten around to creating a 3d layout yet.

Thanks very much for making this available Dave. A great basis to adapt to my layout which has similar props.
For me starting with a 'blank piece of paper' isn't really an option, I don't have the required patience nowadays.
