Having trouble with circle effect

Hello, i am relatively new to xLights, and have made one small show on my shed, but am looking to scale up to my house this year. I created a model, but i have had trouble with the circle effect only covering parts of the model. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I did a google search, and i could not find a good answer. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
