New to the forum and new to sequencing, but not new to Christmas lights.
Ok so I have AC dumb lights…..somewhere in the neighborhood of 325k of them. The majority of them stay up all year as they are semi permanently attached to the house and 20 some odd trees along the road (1/2 acre corner lot) currently I use, please don’t eat me alive, Mr. Christmas to sequence my lights to music. And I’m able to do large sections of lights via relays, resistors, contactors and transformers. My biggest problem was/is that the songs are limited to whatever they put in the box. Recently someone gifted me an easy lights ac24 box. It’s got a hinkspix controller on it. But I cannot figure this thing out. I can’t find much documentation in it, but I consider myself fairly tech savvy. I have been tinkering around with this thing on and off for almost a year. And I’m just left scratching my head. I would love to be able to do a show of my choosing. Not that Mr. Christmas doesn’t do a good job because it really does I just want some relevant music for my show to run to.
If anyone can offer me same of their time I know the kids in the neighborhood, the city of Niles and myself would all appreciate it.
