I'm connected at 100M bits down and 10M bits up and it's a wired connection. But when I try to download the file, it keeps resetting.

I suspect this is a server issue. The file is about 629 Mega Bytes in size. When I try downloading, it get's about halfway through, then the download speeds slows way down and then resets and starts back at square one again and tries downloading from scratch again. Then it's rinse and repeat...
