  • Delivery of the Sequence will be made digitally or through a secure online platform, as agreed upon by both parties.
4. Refunds and Cancellations:
  • All sales of the Sequence are final. The Seller does not offer refunds or cancellations unless otherwise explicitly stated.
5. Updates and Support:
  • The Seller is not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or technical support for the Sequence unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
  • Any updates or support provided will be at the discretion of the Seller.
6. Liability and Warranty:
  • The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sequence's fitness for a particular purpose or its suitability for the Buyer's specific needs.
  • The Seller is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Sequence.
By purchasing and using the Sequence, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If the Buyer does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from purchasing or using the Sequence.
