I am sure i have seen this before and it was something to do with having a 2nd whole house group and placing that at the bottom of your effects list to then map any whole house end to that new group. It is also important you have your display effects in the same order as the original sequence As the order affects the way it will render . Hope this helps

I think they are all supposed to be at the bottom of the elements list? They should come through as shadows. Try re-rendering?
