All four 2023 XLATW Rejects in one magical bundle!

To make importing easier, groups were used for nearly every effect.

I plan on learning how to sequence moving heads in xLights in early 2024 and once I feel skilled enough to produce a unique look for each of my sequences, I will likely come back and update each sequence from the 2023 Reject Bundle at no additional cost for those who had already purchased the sequences. No promises, but moving heads are definitely on my roadmap.

I don’t know if I should take that as a compliment considering my Kid on Christmas sequence is one of the 3 official XATW options this year It’s hard because their layout and prop selection is very limiting as they try not to favor any given vendor whereas when I use my personal layout (as shown in the rejects) I have a lot more freedom. In any case, please try to film your display for Kid in Christmas and let the XATW team know the video URL, it would be amazing to break through 1k video submissions in 2023!

Glad you like the 2023 reject sequences. Hopefully I will have enough inspiration and creativity to do it next year as well!

The following sequences have been updated to v1.1: Tommee Profitt - We Three Kings.

The following props have been updated for better overall coverage and effect:

The megatree now contains 2 separate images that need to mapped. These images drastically improve the quality over the previous effects.

Looks like you are there and with the new effect too!!!! Impressive for sure on both Panic at the Disco and Meaghan Trainor... Let me know for sure if you decide to add movers to the rejects... I have put all of them into my show and would love to have movers for them.

UPDATE: I found them... they were in the images folder under the sequence. Since all of the files were in a single zip file I unzipped it first and then did the import... when you do it this way xLights does not automatically create the Imported directory with the appropriate files and adjust the path... it needs to be done manually. My bad. Importing the update and caught something that may have been missed? For some reason the video for the wisemen on the matrix of We Three Kings is not in the folder. Looks like there might be 3 different ones?

The video files for the matrix are automatically added to the 'images' folder, and I’ve confirmed they’re included in the existing download package. Your point about using a zip file for easier importing is spot-on; it simplifies the process by auto-extracting files into the correct paths for images, shaders, and videos. I’ve updated the sequence packaging to include 4 zip files instead of 4 folders for easier import. If you encounter any issues, please re-download the newest version and import each zip file individually—everything should work seamlessly!
